A real estate client partnered with BuildX Media to generate high-quality property leads through Meta Ads. Real estate is one of the highest-consideration purchase categories, where a single conversion can be worth lakhs or crores, making lead quality and cost efficiency absolutely critical. Between July and December 2025, BuildX Media generated 1,429 leads at a blended Cost per Lead of ₹110.22 on a total ad spend of ₹1,57,500.40 reaching 4,57,605 unique accounts with 10,70,582 total impressions. With a 3% lead-to-sale conversion rate, the campaign delivered meaningful, high-value closures for the client.

Challenge

Real estate lead generation on Meta comes with a distinct set of challenges. Property buyers are cautious, selective, and take time to make decisions, which means a large portion of leads require nurturing before they convert. The challenge was to attract genuinely interested, financially qualified prospects at a cost per lead that made the overall economics viable, given the high ticket value of the properties involved. Running broad or poorly targeted campaigns in this category leads to a flood of low-quality leads that waste the sales team’s time and inflate costs. BuildX Media needed to balance lead volume with lead intent.

Our Solution

BuildX Media deployed a focused lead generation strategy on Meta across multiple campaigns, each targeting distinct audience profiles, from first-time homebuyers to investors and upgrade seekers. Lead form campaigns were structured with qualifying questions and strong creative hooks to filter for genuine intent right at the ad level, reducing junk leads before they even reached the sales pipeline. Campaigns were continuously monitored and optimised throughout the July to December 2025 period, with budgets shifted toward the best-performing audience segments. The top performing campaign alone generated 622 leads at a Cost per Lead of ₹155.80, reaching 2,50,425 unique accounts. Another campaign delivered 527 leads at just ₹53.29 per lead, showcasing how strategic audience segmentation can dramatically lower costs for the right targeting combination. Across all active campaigns, 1,429 total leads were captured at a blended Cost per Lead of ₹110.22.

Results

Between July and December 2025, BuildX Media generated 1,429 qualified real estate leads for the client at a Cost per Lead of ₹110.22 on a total Meta ad spend of ₹1,57,500.40. The campaigns collectively delivered 10,70,582 impressions reaching 4,57,605 unique accounts. With a 3% lead-to-sale conversion rate, the campaign produced approximately 43 property closures, each representing significant ticket value for the client.
