The Overview

A growing beauty brand partnered with BuildX Media to scale their monthly revenue through performance-driven paid media. When we onboarded the brand, they were generating approximately ₹6.1 Lakh per month. Within 4 months of BuildX Media taking over, monthly revenue had more than doubled to ₹13.5 Lakh with January 2026 recording ₹12,87,709.25 in total Shopify sales and gross sales of ₹13,51,924. Challenge

The beauty category is one of the most saturated segments in Indian D2C e-commerce. With countless brands competing for the same buyer’s attention, standing out on Meta requires more than just a good product, it demands sharp targeting, scroll-stopping creatives, and a funnel strategy that nurtures buyers from discovery to repeat purchase. The brand had an existing customer base but was struggling to break past the ₹6 Lakh monthly revenue ceiling. Acquisition costs were not optimised, and the ad account lacked the structure needed to scale confidently.

Our Solution

BuildX Media restructured the Meta Ads account from the ground up and deployed multiple campaigns across awareness, consideration, and conversion objectives. In the early months, the focus was on identifying the highest-converting audience segments for the beauty category and building a creative testing framework to find winning ad formats. As the pixel accumulated quality purchase data, retargeting campaigns were layered in to re-engage high-intent visitors and cart abandoners. By September 2025, the brand was generating ₹5,88,809.95 in total monthly Shopify sales with gross sales of ₹6,18,156 across 187 orders on a Meta ad spend of ₹1,24,464.10 at a blended ROAS of 4.52X and a Cost per Purchase of ₹669.16. The returning customer rate had climbed to 7.26%, up 189% from the prior month, reflecting strong brand recall being built alongside paid growth. By January 2026, the results had compounded significantly. Total Shopify sales reached ₹12,87,709.25 with gross sales of ₹13,51,924 across 362 orders, a 32% jump over December 2025. Meta ad spend for January was ₹2,41,277.27, driving 246 purchases at a blended ROAS of 3.60X and a Cost per Purchase of ₹980.80. Orders fulfilled grew 27% month on month, and the returning customer rate stood at 4.49%.

Results

In just 4 months under BuildX Media’s management, the beauty brand more than doubled its monthly revenue — scaling from approximately ₹6.1 Lakh to over ₹13.5 Lakh per month. Orders grew consistently month on month, gross sales increased 32% between December 2025 and January 2026 alone, and the brand built a growing base of returning customers alongside new buyer acquisition. The paid media engine built during this period has set a strong foundation for continued scaling through the months ahead.
