The clothing space in India is one of the most competitive e-commerce categories, with established players dominating both marketplaces and direct-to-consumer channels. The brand needed to cut through noise, attract quality buyers at scale, and maintain profitability all while managing ad spends efficiently across a wide product catalogue. The core challenge was scaling revenue without letting acquisition costs spiral out of control.
BuildX Media deployed a multi-campaign Meta Ads strategy tailored for the clothing vertical. Across multiple active campaigns, we focused on aggressive audience segmentation, creative testing, and funnel-based targeting to capture buyers at every stage of intent. By continuously optimizing for Purchase ROAS and Cost per Purchase, we maintained an average ROAS of 10.10X throughout the year. Smart budget allocation across top-performing campaigns some individually delivering 12X+ ROAS ensured maximum return on every rupee spent. Retargeting layers and add-to-cart recovery further boosted conversion efficiency, keeping the Cost per Purchase at an average of ₹487.65 across 18,246 purchases.
Over FY 2025, the brand crossed ₹10 Crore in total Shopify revenue (₹1,00,10,3052.78 gross sales) driven entirely by BuildX Media’s paid media strategy. With a total Meta ad spend of ₹89,99,586.17 across 100 campaigns and 18,246 website purchases recorded, the brand achieved a blended 10X ROAS establishing itself as a strong D2C player in the Indian clothing market. The returning customer rate stood at 32%, signalling strong brand loyalty built alongside performance growth.
