Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Buildx Media, we are dedicated to delivering high-performance marketing and ROI-focused solutions. To maintain the quality of our operations and clarity with our partners, we adhere to the following policy:
1. Service Categories
- Pre-Paid Project Services:
- Non-Delivery: Should Buildx Media be unable to fulfill the agreed-upon scope of work, a 100% refund for the unexecuted portion of the pre-paid fees will be issued.
- Satisfaction Guarantee: We do not offer refunds for completed work based on dissatisfaction. We prioritize open communication and will provide necessary revisions or consultations to align the output with your expectations.
- Monthly Retainer Agreements:
- Month-to-Month: Cancellation requires a 30-day written notice. Fees for the current billing cycle are non-refundable.
- Annual Commitments: Annual contracts are generally non-refundable. Prorated refunds are only evaluated in extreme cases, such as a significant shift in service scope or business closure.
2. The Refund Process
To initiate a request, please email karan@buildxmedia.in with the following:
- Full Name & Contact Details
- Invoice/Order Number
- A detailed explanation for the request
3. Timeline & Terms
- Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
- Method: Funds will be returned via the original payment method used.
- Verification: We reserve the right to request additional documentation prior to approval.
By engaging with Buildx Media services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Option 2: Modern & Transparent (Client-Friendly)
This version feels more like a partnership agreement and is easier to read on a website.
Our Commitment to You: Refund Policy
We play for the long term at Buildx Media. While we focus on driving results, we know that business needs can change. Here is how we handle refunds and cancellations:
- Our Delivery Promise: If we can’t deliver the services we promised, we’ll give you back the money for whatever part of the project wasn’t finished. Simple as that.
- Work in Progress: Once work is completed and delivered, we don’t offer refunds. However, if you aren’t happy, let’s talk. We’ll work with you to make it right.
- Rolling Contracts: For monthly retainers, you can cancel anytime with one month’s notice.
- Annual Partnerships: Long-term commitments are non-refundable, though we do make exceptions for major business changes on a case-by-case basis.
How to Request a Refund: Drop us a line at karan@buildxmedia.in with your invoice number and the reason for your request. We’ll review it and, if approved, you’ll see the funds back in your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
